Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable feeling happy and healthy mentally, physically and spiritually.

Somatic Experiencing® is a gentle, body-focused therapeutic approach that emphasises awareness of physical sensations rather than relying solely on cognitive processing. It helps individuals safely process and release trauma stored in the body, supporting healing, resilience, and nervous system regulation. Through guided awareness and attuned support, clients learn to listen to their bodily sensations, gaining deeper insight into emotions and lived experiences. This holistic method empowers individuals to reconnect with their bodies, fostering a renewed sense of safety, balance, and overall well-being.

Somatic Experiencing is well suited for individuals experiencing trauma or PTSD, chronic pain, tension, fatigue, digestive issues, anxiety or panic, grief, addiction, intimacy or trust challenges, as well as those who feel disconnected and wish to restore a healthy connection between body and mind.
